Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers. If you are a skilled and compassionate professional with a passion for helping individuals with special needs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments that drive an effective treatment plan.

  • Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home, school, and via telehealth.

  • Provide direct ABA therapy as needed.

  • Provide RBT supervision.

  • Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.

  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

  • TN LBA required.

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs.

  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.

  • Dedication to ethical standards and professional development.
